When I purchased they beat every dealer in Rochester's price, and I didn't even let them know what the other quotes were. Impressive. They are also knowledgeable about repairs, and occasionally offer pick up and delivery service for repairs. Always friendly and courteous. If they make a mistake, they own up to it... Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service. From the point of sale to maintenance issues they have demonstrated their willingness to try and go above and beyond. They don't always hit the mark, but it's evident that they try very hard. I can never find fault with that.
