Love my dentist and Hygienist! They do and amazing job.
After spending years afraid of the dentist, I now go regularly to see Dr. Rose! Her staff are sweet, reassuring, patient and professional! My 4 year old daughter also LOVES to see Dr. Rose to have her "count her teeth" and had been going since a year and half old. The office is beautiful, comfy and so up to date it hardly feels like the dentist anymore!
Above the excellent dental care, all the other girls were very professional and friendly. They were so nice and welcoming and upbeat; the kind of people you want to interact when you are at a dental office. The office is very clean, and their tools and technology seemed to be the latest. What I liked the most was the TV they had in all rooms.
Just got done my treatments (root canal and cleaning) with Dr. Teachout. I’ve gone to others dentist before, but never had a good experience with dentist. I wish I had found her sooner!! She is secure and makes you feel comfortable. She is just AWESOME. She explained everything really thoroughly, and walked me through the various pictures and x-rays so I understood everything.
I definitely recommend Dr. Teachout practice. What a great dentist!
They were really disrespectful and rude. I have 5 kids and my children do not watch TV so they played with the toys there and made loud truck and car sounds a lot and we ended being kicked out because of my son's noise making. They were not fighting or wrestling or screaming, they were just acting like trucks and cars. If you have a child that are similar to mine, a special needs child or more then one child please expect to be kicked out. Why call yourselves a Family Dental if you cannot handle noise from a child for about 15 minutes on and off? Stay away. I was there 15 minutes early and gave them my paper work and they could not get my dental information or insurance company on the phone because it was Delta Dental from California. Before they make an appointment or schedule you they should have all their ducks in a row and know what they are doing. I was waiting for a half an hour before my family was kicked out. If we were seen at the time they scheduled us my children would have been fine. I would not even rate this a one star.
Very professional and good experience. I've never liked going to the dentist, in fact I can't think of anyone that does. But..... these people are great and always do a wonderful job. Makes visiting the dentist not so bad. I would recommend without a problem, and already have to my friends and family.
